My mother had Nancy Ewin draw up a trust in the 80's. Every 5 years we updated it. My mother had endured a lengthy battle with attorneys and her mothers will, and didn't want anyone to go through that with her estate. My mother passed away. During the last year or so I had to make numerous decisions... for mom. With the trust, and associated medical and financial paperwork, I was able to help with medical/hospital decisions, assisted care facilities, banking, house issues. Every time somebody asked for authorization etc, the trust Nancy Ewin formed up, totally 100% made any and all requests easy to comply with and answered all their questions. I have had Nancy Ewin make a trust for me and have checked in with her every 5 years. Highly recommend her to all my friends.
