This gave me the necessary drive to not give up. Legally speaking, Heather is extremely knowledgeable and very organized. This was evident when she put together my mitigation packet, post-hearing brief, and the way in which she structured her legal arguments during my hearing. She fought my case aggressively and passionately, making strong points that bolstered my case. As far as costs, I would say that Heather’s services are justifiably priced. She was always willing to work with me in terms of payments and gave a lot of consideration to my financial stress during the process.
