In this position, M&A was responsible for organizing the SDHSA into a professional organization representing the interests of UCSD House Staff, advocating common sense solutions during disputes, negotiating wages and work benefits with the UCSD Medical Center and guiding SDHSA through 5 Contract Negotiation seasons through 2015. Mirowski continues to be the driving force and continuity for this union which has served as an example to the entire UC system of a cost-sensitive but effective labor relations practice based upon comity and intelligent negotiations. In addition, Mirowski represents Companies owning numerous restaurant holdings in and out of San Diego, Music and Film Professionals and Technology Companies.
