I hired him in February for a warrant that was issued by mistake under my name from a different state. He asked for $1,000 deposit to start working on it right away. After a month and a half I wasn’t receiving any updates so I began to call him constantly but I would never receive any updates answer ...until he finally reached back out to me saying that I needed to stop bugging him and annoying him that he was doing me a favor by even taking my case due to him being recommended by a friend of mine. He speaks like he’s a gangster from the streets still. Treats you with so much disrespect and when you call his office to ask for updates he just blocks your number. He never did anything for me. I decided to call the sheriffs department and within 45 minutes I was able to fix the warrant and take it off my name. He said he tried and he couldn’t get any information regarding my case which was false because I did it within minutes. He is the worse liar ever. He doesn’t even deserve 1 star but unfortunately I can’t give him 0 stars . I have videos and phone calls recorded and text messages of how disrespectful he talks to clients. I wish I could upload them here so you guys can see the type of rat he is. He threatened to keep my $1,000 because he said he did work on my case which was false, all he returned me was $500 and he stated “ be thankful I’m even giving you $500 back homeboy because if I really wanted to I’ll keep the $1,000 and I’ll block you and never hear from me again”. The worse mistake of my life was trusting this thief. Please don’t hire him. He lacks in professionalism. He never gave me a detailed receipt on why he was keeping $500 for himself out of the $1,000 I sent. He sent me $500 through Zelle and I’m still waiting on the receipt. I just received my $500 back today 3/26/2025. He acts and talks like he’s above clients when they are seriously looking for property attorney help. He has a bad reputation and he has done the same to other people as well. I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE EVER THINKS OF HIRING HIM. Worse “ attorney “ in San Diego

Jorge Jaramillo is the rudest/pettiest attorney I have dealt with. He has no sympathy for his clients or family members. He will tell you he has 25 years of experience but lacks education and communication. He would continuously tell my family and I not to call during certain days or hours and would... never answer the phone, after a while he just decided to BLOCK us. He never goes to see or informs the clients of the situation. He also claims to not be able to pull certain information when that is a complete lie because other attorneys were able to pull it up with no hesitation. ETC ETC ETC. If you want a good lawyer DO NOT hire him. I will also be filling a formal complaint against him! If I can rate him a 0 I would because he does not even deserve 1 star

I hired Mr. Jaramillo to represent me in a family law case. Upon hiring him, we didn’t speak for months, I found other representation and chose to fire Mr.Jaramillo. After rescheduling our meeting twice, we were finally able to sit down and go over my refund, since no work had been done. He charged ...me for paper work but has still yet to provide copies to me. I emailed Mr. jaramillo on March 9th terminating our contract, I just received my full refund May 23, and still no proof of any work being done on my behalf and only excuses when asking for copies of work he is billing for.
