am sharing this review to caution others who may be considering this attorney. During my case, I was explicitly advised—after the attorney stated he had researched the issue—that I had no legal access to a medical health savings account and that there was “no viable path” for me to receive any por...tion of it. This account was a marital asset, yet I was told to effectively disregard it. That advice was unequivocally incorrect. I have since received $50,000 from that very account. This was not a nuanced legal judgment call or a difference in strategy—it was a fundamental failure to properly identify, evaluate, and advocate for a significant marital asset. Whether due to insufficient knowledge, lack of diligence, or inadequate investigation, the outcome was the same: I was given materially inaccurate guidance that could have resulted in substantial financial loss. Clients depend on their attorneys to understand financial instruments, conduct thorough research, and provide sound legal advice. In this instance, those basic expectations were not met. I strongly encourage prospective clients to seek second opinions and independently verify critical financial guidance before relying on it.
