Unprofessional
We have had two settlement deposition. One, he called 25 minutes before meeting to cancel stating "he is sick". Second deposition, he never showed up, called...nothing. His Associate showed up 20 minutes after the time of the meeting, no court reporter (as required) and ill-prepared. Felt bad for...
