Biography
I am a retired San Diego Police Officer. After retiring in 1989, I attended law school and I have been an attorney for the past 23 years. I specialize in representing government employees, primarily police officers, in personal injury cases (traffic accidents) and administrative disciplinary actions. I am a panel attorney for the Fraternal Order of Police, the largest police union in the United emphasize thorough fact based investigations of any disciplinary appeals which will have the most success in defending proposed discipline. I am experienced in Skelly Hearings, Civil Service Hearings, labor arbitration, and Federal MSPB Hearings.
In personally injury cases, I also emphasize fact based demands for settlement always pushing for fair and reasonable settlements of these cases. I am experienced in mediated settlements, judicial arbitration, and civil jury and bench trials.
