“I retained a company to provide admin'v srvs to assist another firm I had (Miller Law Group). W/o my knowledge, the company I retained exceeded their authority with a Maryland consumer & failed to notify me. No harm came to the consumer, and the consumer was in a better position, the State Bar went after me because I was the lawyer in charge & was in solo practice. Once I learned of the problem I took immediate steps to assure the problem never happened again. MLG is no longer taking clients”
