Yang Liu AKA Caroline Rebecca Liu’s conduct is unprofessional. For example, during meetings, she is very disruptive. When asked to stop her side conversations, she responded with a visible huff and puff like a petulant child and did not comply, which detracted from the meeting and showed a lack of re...spect for the group. This pattern of behavior raises concerns about her judgment and professionalism. Based on official records, she is not admitted to the California State Bar and is currently licensed only in Florida.

We were referred to Caroline by a friend of mine. She had helped him and he felt she was a capable attorney. We started our process over a year ago and recently received a DENIAL letter from USCIS. Our case was denied because Ms. Liu failed to submit the forms properly as per USCIS protocol. On top o...f that she did not make us aware of this until last minute and now we’re given the option of paying an additional $1350 to re-open/re-consider (I-290) or to start from the beginning and wait for more than one year to be able to travel to our home country. I’m a US citizen petitioning my wife for permanent residency. To top it all off - Ms. Liu lacks basic communication skills and continues to gaslight us and denies any wrongdoing. She’s blaming USCIS for the denial. SMH. This has got to be one of the most unprofessional attorneys I’ve ever dealt with.
