I began practicing law in the state of California in 1997. Over the course of my career, I have helped thousands of people with a wide range of legal issues involving all aspects of Divorce, both uncontested and mediated. I have helped my clients through issues regarding custody, support, the division of a family business, division of assets, modifications of original orders, custody relocation and all aspects of helping families move forward after divorce. My practice focuses first and foremost on each client’s individual needs and creating a case resolution plan that fits their situation.
In my years of legal practice, I have learned there is no universal plan that fits each person. For this reason, my goal is to never give individuals a cookie-cutter dissolution plan. By working closely with my clients, I am able to understand their personal objectives, needs and resources. From there, I craft a plan around their specific lifestyle and family situation. In some cases I help clients come to a mediated divorce and neither party sees the inside of a courtroom. Other individuals have no choice but to litigate, or go to court. Since every marriage is different, some clients benefit greatly from mediation services, while others don’t. My goal and promise to you is always to serve you and your family first and foremost, catering to your personal needs.
I have also gained vital experience as a trial lawyer, fighting for my clients in front of a judge. In fact, I have tried hundreds of court cases over the course of my career. My ultimate goal is to find a quick and fair resolution to your legal concerns, minimizing the amount of time you spend in court. That is why anytime I am presented with a family law matter, I do my best to reach a fair settlement between disputing parties before rushing to court.
When selecting a lawyer for your family law needs, it’s important to know their philosophy on handling highly emotional matters. I always treat my clients with compassionate legal support, working hard to meet their most pressing needs. My experience, work ethic, integrity, compassion and hands on approach to solving your legal issue distinguishes me from other lawyers. As a Family Law attorney, I am always available to help local residents with their family law needs.
