I never had gotten the chance to write review from case and been like none stop battle that has been but that this review isn't worth putting up after so long and major distractions, Ito have recently seen Mr.Seena Shah at another same so he knew first hands that something not right this again (not w...hat want to hear) Mr.Shah took on case and counsel through process first case in 2018 I'll have to start this by saying in much respect to office and and Him! One thing could say is Mr.Seena had amazing patience's, I say that because we did WIN what stuck out was things heard , experience and seen some not all but some attorneys forget to go above and beyond because doesn't forget what it's like or where himself or client might be coming from. I was facing as client no priors DV charges misdemeanor which they wanted to drop as Dtp, and slip in doing the very most with that being last thing I needed and dealing with custody case which was like oldest quick Hollywood stunt. Mr.Seena not only goes through the process, keeps client every step of the way. I could say with some but wasn't about money because Mr.Seena himself and team put work in have his A, B and C back up plan if you do or don't want take offer, He doesn't force client to feel as if have they should settle or have to settle. I was always inform of any upcoming Court dates what Whisper of discussions or pleas or offers. By what something's looks in clients eyes vs court but as client for attorney in good faith he always had me come to each CD, refer we go to each court date better than not showing up to show client doing they're part which look good on both parts Mr.Seena preps on what should and shouldn't which is best not just firm but for his clients best interest. He comes with the Advice that comes in good faith,( also pick up learn through advice he gave) I had almost givin up because I felt wasting both our times, I felt like This how treat people before getting knowing any history, guilty before innocent take advantage they don't see the effort going on more than 5 months, I have little one, I told attorney don't worry about this case their (DA) wise not treating or respecting tactics like don't want to argue with cause not none getting at, Mr.Shah didn't give up to drop out the race. To be reassure the case was not a big deal way make out to seem and not to let get to you or under skin how confronts to confirm to his clients it's like that in this state and laws here are or aren't what expect them for or as.(I was that client that was more than strong on novice to court ordeal and strong on about getting dismissal and didn't believe in anything less I would tell him I need that dismissal and be one less to keep coming to court in to next) Mr.Seena might of misjudge client he took but he had more compassion never stop trying to understand but in good faith would be there. By that time after so many months in Judge look at Mr.Seena and I said y'all still coming here I thought this case been over with, we didn't go to trial but Mr.Seena Shah presented in highly professional respectable way and knew why we're doing way went about doing it. By that time Jan 2019 Honorable Judge look like thats fighter and Attorney Hon. Judge look at the opposing said I'm taking out of all of your hands and yours to (Lawyer) changing ordering this CASE be DISMISS in all our interest, this help everything else. He had made impact by next time had seen him cause going through trying to hire him but short notice to everything, but advice and remind to keep your cool same as did before if know what your talking about you. Mr.Seena doesn't make client ever go un-notice through dilemmas but does doesn't scoop to level but get his own clients to be above that and if He does not know the answer him or his staff does what they can find answer.
