Before hiring Bobby, I have talked to many different immigration attorneys. Most of them either didn't know much about E2 or didn't speak proper English, to the point where I had a hard time trying to understand what they were trying to say. Then comes Bobby. Attorney Chung has been my US immigration attorney for 5 years. After helping me secure an E2 visa (one of the most complicated visas), today I was approved for my greencard via AOS. My case was one of those a little more complicated than usual, my wife is a permanent resident and I constantly need ...to travel the world because of my job. Two examples from my experience with him: 1) When my E2 was approved back at the consulate a few years ago the officer told me that he was giving me a 5 years visa (instead of the standard 2) because my application and supporting documents were so well prepared. That's something you don't hear very often. 2) today when I got my greencard approved the officer, again, commented how well prepared I came to the interview. Truth is I did exactly what Bobby told me to. Attorney Chung even help me get the greencard stamp into my passport right after the interview so I could travel back to work the same day. Again, not very common. My overall experience with Attorney Chung has been incredible. -very professional -easy to communicate with from anywhere in the world -detailed instruction at each step -if he sees a red flag he tells you how to fix it BEFORE it becomes a problem -straight to the point. The point is that if Attorney Chung is satisfied with your application and supporting documents, almost guaranteed the officer will too. We are Australian Citizens and purchased a franchise business in US over 100K in 2014. We had L-1 Visa petition refused last year and also found In-eligible on E3 Visa earlier this year in January and left with no hope of moving to United States.
