Before hiring Bobby, I have talked to many different immigration attorneys. Most of them either didn't know much about E2 or didn't speak proper English, to the point where I had a hard time trying to understand what they were trying to say. Then comes Bobby. We are Australian Citizens and purchased a franchise business in US over 100K in 2014. We had L-1 Visa petition refused last year and also found In-eligible on E3 Visa earlier this year in January and left with no hope of moving to United States.
