The Right Attorney & Team for E-2 Visa

We have just been granted E-2 visa for the whole family in Bangkok, Thailand, on August 2015. Now, my family successfully move to US. I found Mr. Chung from his website un-intentionally on May 2013. I have learnt a lot of useful visa type and related information from his website. I deci...ded to hire him to help our family move from Thailand to US, after sending back and forward email for 1 month. After my wife and my children travelled to US with B2 visa on October 2013. Mr. Chung help my children to change status from B2 to F1, and help my wife to change status from B2 to B1, and 2 times extend B1 visa to look after my children and to find & establish proper business for E2 visa application. My wife and my children can stay in US legally for 18 months (2013 - 2015). My children can study in 1st grade and 4 grade in private school. Finally, my wife can buy Thai restaurant and being business owner, before return to apply E2 visa for the whole family in Bangkok, Thailand, on August 2015. The path that we did, will not be able to success, if we have no Mr. Chung's and his team support. I have found that Mr. Chung gave very clear step by step, as formal instruction to follow, for E2 visa application. He always answer all questions and problems that I have over 2 and a half year with fast response. His answers are very clear and providing alternatives & solutions to achieve E2 visa. Mr. Chung and his team are very well organized, professional, and knowledgeble in E2 visa. Mr. Chung know all major requirement and can prepare, detail checking, and summarize all required document perfectly and can fully satisfy US Embassy Officier in Thailand. Mr. Chung help me and my wife to prepare for interview by giving precise area of questions and do recommend proper anwers for each of questions with intensive teleconference between Thailand and his office in US. I do consider this is one of key sucess factor for our case. May I take this opportunity express my sincere thanks to Mr. Chung and all of his team for helping my family, with fully service mind, to sucessfully move to US. I will definitely continue to work with Mr. Chung for renewal E2 visa and any other permanent visa in the future for my family. I would strongly recommend Mr. Chung and all of his professional team to the persons and/or family who would like to move, stay in US, and be able to return to visit their friends and family in their home countries, and return back to US legally. Mr. Chung and all of his team are the Right Attorney & Team for E-2 visa. Again, I would like to thank you very much, indeed, Mr. Chung, for your kind help to our family.

E2 Visa Successfully Granted

We are Australian Citizens and purchased a franchise business in US over 100K in 2014. We had L-1 Visa petition refused last year and also found In-eligible on E3 Visa earlier this year in January and left with no hope of moving to United States. We're thinking of loosing our investment where aft...er interviewing over five different Attorney's and discussing my case but not getting much confidence in what should I do to get a visa and whom should we hire, I then discussed my case with Bobby who understood my case and gave me a clear understanding of how he can work and get us achieving E2-Visa. It took nearly 4 months to prepare all documents that we would need to apply for E2 visa, Bobby is highly educated, resourceful and understands how each case can be taken and prepared, he actually work and help achieving individual goal for what exactly you need. He's very clear if he can or cannot do it wont waste your time. After so much preparation and amendments we had nearly 700pages of printed documentation which was sent in 3kg satchel well prepared by Bobby's team from California to Australia. Bobby prepared us for the interview and we have complete knowledge about any questions that can be asked by Visa Officer. At the time of interview Visa officer had no other questions than what we got prepared for. We were shocked to hear from Officer ( Same officer who found me in-eligible for E3 Visa) that our Visa is approved in just 15minutes of interview I must mention about Entire Team at Bobby's office, each and every member who worked on my case were very prompt in all replies even in Bobby's absence they were there to help preparing all documentation. I strongly recommend Bobby for E2 visa, He's a very nice person and understands all nerves associated and connected with this visa. He's just awesome. Thanks Bobby this was a miracle!!!!!

Approved E2 Visa

My business partner and I have been searching an attorney to trust for our E2 Visa for almost six months. There’s no written rule about the application, so we found ourselves struggling between interpretations, wrong information and un-answered questions. Our first call with Bobby was refreshing: ...he had the answers to all our questions and much more. He pointed out some vital information that we’ve never heard from anyone before. Instead of focusing on a risky strategy by preparing a standard application he wants to shape yours based on the specific case. After gathering the basic documentation we worked together to cover every possible blind-spot, even if sometimes it seemed like we were playing a “defense” strategy. That’s one of the key-features of his workflow, and we loved it: your case must be as solid as possible, it doesn’t matter if some documents won’t be required during the final interview. You need to be covered, to feel safe and confident. Bobby's long-time experience allowed us to face the E2 apply without any fear nor worries. We got our E2 Visa some months ago and I definitely recommend him and his staff!

E-2 visa approved for a Leadership Coaching business

I am a very analytical person and have 20 years of international corporate business experience. I interviewed 4 immigration lawyers before hiring Bobby. What I like about Bobby and his business model is: - He is willing to invest time and share his knowledge during the selection process. You can ...recognize that he is very confident in what he knows as he does not hold anything back. - His website might not have all the bells and whistles but provided by far more detailed information that other website for my specific type of visa. - He spells out EXACTLY what is his value proposition and what you will get from him if you hire him. No one else that I interviewed did that. - He is very responsive, via phone or email he will get back to you within the same day or max 24 hrs. - He is willing to consider different venues to accommodate to your needs. - He and his team will do anything within their possibilities to work with your requirements. I had some time pressure and he and his team worked with me to finish within my time requirements; - He was very transparent and I like his integrity. He will tell you without hesitation if he believes something is not going to work or is outside of the legal system. - He provides you with any templates that might be needed for your business documentation. - He gives you a written contract and there are NO hidden fees. All is included, phone and email consultations, document preparation, until your case is presented and finished. My case was not common as it was an E-2 where I would start with only 1 employee, no inventory and very little equipment. It is proper to this type of business but Immigration officers are used to grant investor visas for larger investment where many employees and large investment is made to cover inventory and machinery. Bobby gave me confidence and help me build the business and business case to present with confidence to the Immigration officer. E-2 Visa was granted after 15 min of questions, all of which Bobby had prepared me for. I highly recommend Bobby to anyone looking for an immigration lawyer.

Outstanding service - highly recommended!

I hired Bobby Chung twice once in 2009 to get my original E-2 visa, and then again in 2012 to renew my E-2 visa. He did an outstanding job on both occasions, and I recommend him very highly. My background is as a CPA and ex Goldman Sachs director. I came across Bobby because I researched quite a ...few lawyers who I thought might be able to help me get a visa to run my business in the US. I contacted four, but Bobby’s web site appeared to be the most informative. I cannot remember who the other three were, but all four replied, and it became obvious quite quickly that Bobby had the actual experience rather than just theoretical knowledge. I hired Bobby to advise me on maximizing the probability of getting an E-2 business visa. However, before I hired him, we had an extensive discussion about which visa was best for me. At the start I was quite fee conscious, but after asking around, realised that he was in line with others – not the cheapest and not the most expensive. A few months later I started to become a lot less fee conscious because I realised that certain advice could make all the difference between getting and not getting my visa, and I had a lot more at stake than simply saving a few hundred dollars on lawyer fees. My experience of working with Bobby was a very good one. We did most things by email but a couple of times I needed urgent advice and he was available by phone. I would say that we developed a good professional relationship, although not so much a personal one. I am also in the business of dispensing expert advice to clients, and I found that he exceeded my expectations in the way that he dealt with me. Most of all, he knew what he was talking about and that is really why I would recommend him highly. He was always prompt with his responses, although on two occasions (out of perhaps 30 or 40?) he did not acknowledge receipt of my emails and I asked if he would always do this in future. He was fine about it and it improved my faith in him. As for the things I liked about his service, first and by far the most important was his expertise. He has been and done E-2 business visas with many other clients, and it shows. He thinks of things that you will never think of, and that is where his value is. You can see that he is applying his experience and lessons for your benefit. I thought he was a nice guy and I always enjoyed speaking to him. He was a good listener. He responded quickly. I guess that is about it. Not really sure if I have other comments. I think I have said everything in the email above. If you are a guy to whom getting the visa is not that big a deal, then you might want to go with someone cheap. No big deal if you do not get it. I had to get my visa and therefore I wanted someone who really knew what they were doing. I found his fees very fair, and view the money I spent as a fantastic investment. Even though I came across him by searching the internet, I am really glad that I did. If you want to know more, just email me back or call me on 775 230 4266. All the best of luck getting your visa!

He is consistently a pleasure to work with and our mutual clients feel the same way. He is knowledgeable, experienced, and easy-going. He can communicate immigration law concepts in plain English (and apparently Mandarin and Cantonese, as well, not that I would understand!). I will continue to recommend him to clients with U.S. immigration law needs to him and his dedicated staff and look forward to collaborating with him for years to come."
