Attorney Chung has been my US immigration attorney for 5 years. After helping me secure an E2 visa (one of the most complicated visas), today I was approved for my greencard via AOS. That's something you don't hear very often. 2) today when I got my greencard approved the officer, again, commented how well prepared I came to the interview. Truth is I did exactly what Bobby told me to. Attorney Chung even help me get the greencard stamp into my passport right after the interview so I could travel back to work the same day. Again, not very common. We have just been granted E-2 visa for the whole family in Bangkok, Thailand, on August 2015. Now, my family successfully move to US. I found Mr. Chung from his website un-intentionally on May 2013. I have learnt a lot of useful visa type and related information from his website. I deci...ded to hire him to help our family move from Thailand to US, after sending back and forward email for 1 month. After my wife and my children travelled to US with B2 visa on October 2013. We are Australian Citizens and purchased a franchise business in US over 100K in 2014. We had L-1 Visa petition refused last year and also found In-eligible on E3 Visa earlier this year in January and left with no hope of moving to United States.
