Henry Allen Bastien

Don't be fooled by Mr. Bastien's soft thoughtful demeanor - he might be compassionate but he's no fool. Mr. Bastien is very tenacious in court and in defending his clients. He took a case that in his case load was minor compared to the other Criminal Defense work he does but he treated it as if it we...re the same. He gave it the same time, the same attention, and he was just as aggressive (without offending the court) as he could be to argue our defense. He is very well known in the LA County (Pomona) Court system and that is useful in working with the judges and ADA's who work there. In the end, the arrangement that he came to for our case was satisfactory to our situation and his price was very fair. I recommend him highly.
