My law practice focuses on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions and other business transactions for both established and emerging companies, as well as individual investors. In addition, I am frequently retained by other law firms to provide transactional services for their clients. I enjoy drafting and reviewing all kinds of contracts, and, unlike many attorneys, I focus exclusively on commercial transactions as opposed to both litigation and transactional matters. Flexible fee arrangements are available.
Originally from the Midwest, I graduated from Northwestern University School of Law in 1999. Since then, I have practiced law with both international and boutique law firms and have provided counsel to local, regional, national and international clients with respect to the acquisition, development, financing, leasing and sale of multi-state, multi-family portfolios, shopping centers, as well as distribution and manufacturing facilities.
I am admitted to practice law in the State of California and the State of Nevada (inactive).
