Upon my first visit I was told we had 99% chance of getting our loan modicifaction completetd successfully. I was then told their fee was $5000. I was also told to STOP making our mortgage payments. Over the next 16 months I was assured that everything was going smoothly and not to worry. I const...antley asked weather I should make my payments and I was consistantly told NO. I was also unable to communicate with my bank due to the fact this law firm had an "attorney representaion" order which did not allow me to speak with the them. Here now 16 months later we recieve a Foreclosure notice in the mail. We thought , and were told by Pool Law Group, that we were still in the loan modification process! Now, they will no longer answer my phone calls, they have blocked my emails and most of the 14 or so employees I have worked with have quit, i suppose to the lack of intredgrity and the lies they were forced to tell. This is the Law Firm from Hell.!!!
