Tina never requested docs from opposing counsel. I spoke to her once a month for seven months, asking if we settled yet. She told me opposing counsel, has not responded. Her reply was not yet, all the while she had never requested them. This held up my case seven months. I had to go get another lawyer. I have more notes I took on her. I could go on and on. The other reviews are lies. So obvious. Tina Chen lacks integrity and honesty, Tina charged me $4600. And all my paperwork was done previously, through a paralegal. We did go to the spousal hearing. In which Tina was lacking docs. So my monthly spousal support was $1120 a month. Way more than I should’ve been paying. Still haven’t settled the case, and still haven’t gotten my alimony lowered. Tina is AMAZING!! There is no other way to put that. I found myself in the middle of a very long, drawn out custody battle with my ex and knew I needed an attorney.
