Michele Marie Vercoski

I hired Michele Vercoski from the firm McCune Wright Arevalo as my Attorney for a breach of contract lawsuit. Michele Vercoski and Rich McCune were the lead attorneys from the firm on my case. I was the plaintiff in the lawsuit and filed the lawsuit against a large sized company. Michele and Rich sta...rted off our relationship by having a detailed phone call with me. After that, I met Michele and Rich in person and hired them as my attorneys. Yasmin Vahid was an associate attorney at the firm on my case and worked with me on the discovery process of the lawsuit. Nancy Wheeler was the office manager and helped out with the discovery documents back and forth on my case. I felt comfortable with Michele and Rich from the start of my case. They are both outstanding attorneys and made every effort to understand my breach of contract case in detail and move the case forward through the process. Michele and Rich could quickly see that I would win my lawsuit in a court trial and they kept on top of every aspect of the case including reviewing discovery documents and communicating effectively with the defendants attorneys. As the lawsuit moved along, defendants decided to change their position and wanted to settle the case. Michele and Rich spent lots of time to negotiate a fair settlement on my lawsuit. Michele and Rich rewrote the settlement agreement to my benefit and continued to stay on top of the settlement progress until defendants paid us the agreed upon settlement amount. I hired Michele & Rich and 16 months later we received the settlement amount and concluded the lawsuit. My experience in working with Michele Vercoski & Rich McCune was excellent!
