Biography
Mr. Mitchell is a civil litigator focusing on aggressively pursuing the best possible results for his clients who have been injured and/or damaged from the negligent or willful acts of others. Before joining the Law Offices of Scott Warmuth, Mr. Mitchell garnered success as a defense attorney for many years, vigorously representing his clients in various cases involving liability. Mr. Mitchell is intimately familiar with the strategies of an insurance company’s handling of claims and of the defense attorney’s preparation of a case, which he uses to his advantage in advocating for his client’s rights to be compensated. Mr. Mitchell graduated from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles where he was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award (highest grade) in Contracts II and was an advocate and Chairman of the Trial Advocacy Honors Program (TAHP).
