When my N-400 (application for U.S. citizenship) initially returned a denial decision, my family and I were devastated. The hearing went very well. Thanks to Jeff's coaching and preparation, I was able to answer the questions the agent had for me with ease. At the end, the agent told us that he accepted our evidence and that an official decision would be made soon. Days later, I was informed that our appeal was successful. As I write this, I am looking forward to my naturalization oath ceremony in the coming weeks. Hiring Jeff as my counsel is one of the best decisions I ever made.
