I have been through the difficult immigration process myself, so I can empathize with fellow prospective immigrants in ways that many other US-born immigration attorneys might not able to. I am committed to all immigration cases I decide to take on because winning can change a family's life, as it has changed mine. I'm glad you came to us sooner than later to fix his paperwork before Trump carried out all of the ICE raids. Although it was a tough case from start to finish, I just wanted to thank you for being optimistic along the whole way and being responsive to all of the information and documents we needed. By the way, the lawyer term for the waiver we did for your husband is called "I-601A Provisional Unlawful Presence Waiver."

Your case was very tricky indeed, and ever since Trump imposed stricter policies on all H-1B cases, it wasn't surprising that your previous lawyer was unsuccessful, as many other immigration lawyers were receiving huge waves of H-1B denials. Luckily, very early on, I've figured out a full-proof strategy of dealing with such recent H-1B transfer denials.
