When my N-400 (application for U.S. citizenship) initially returned a denial decision, my family and I were devastated. A few friends of mine recommended Yi Kang (Jeff), and one of them connected the two of us. After telling him our story and hearing what he had to say, my family hired him to represe...nt me. At the end, the agent told us that he accepted our evidence and that an official decision would be made soon. Days later, I was informed that our appeal was successful.
