I needed help with a domestic violence restraining order/custody battle. Ms. James and her office was there to help me in a emergency matter, her office was the only office to help me that same day..which I will never forget. Everytime I called someone was there to answer my questions. Iam grateful a...nd happy with my results. So glad it’s all over now and I can move on.

I was chose this firm based on reviews. Unfortunately it was a poor and very costly mistake. Much of my case was ignored and so were my inquiries. Most of my questions went unanswered. I only had 1 mtg with the lawyer and half of the time I spent explaining my case. I was informed the lawyer would me...et with me after my case was reviewed. I waited weeks and finally spoke to her after i insisted. 2 of her staff advised me against her own advice to my case. I paid 6500 and over 4000 was spent and never went to court only requested continuance. I had to obtain a divorce coach who was able to enlighten me on what the lawyer needed to. She helped me find another lawyer who actually sat down with me and walked through my case and found mistakes that Ms. James and her staff made. Actually listened to me, came up with strategic planning for my trial. And is only a quarter of the cost! After much prayer and speaking to other legal counsel my case is finally on track.

I just want to start off thanking Christine and the rest of the staff at All America Law. I was looking for a lawyer in the beginning of January due to a custody battle over my son. The first lawyer told me that this would be a tough case and to maybe not even move out of state, that was unrealistic ...due to my new opportunities out of state. However, I kept looking and found Christine, on our consultation call I immediately felt her good energy and knew she was the right attorney for this case. Even though my case was last minute, Christine and her staff made it work by putting all hands aboard on this case. I cannot thank Christine, Katrina and the rest of the staff enough, they answered all my phone calls, kept me updated with what they were doing on my case, and made me feel secure with my case. All American Law cares more than just 'winning' a case but more so doing what is RIGHT. Christine was on my side and did more than I could ever imagine during trial. I was told by many people that it would be hard for a father to get an out of state move away order, but Christine made that happen and now I have physical custody of my child. We are now living out of state and happier than ever. I would highly recommend this law firm to any one that is going through a custody battle.
