I was chose this firm based on reviews. Unfortunately it was a poor and very costly mistake. Much of my case was ignored and so were my inquiries. Most of my questions went unanswered. I only had 1 mtg with the lawyer and half of the time I spent explaining my case. I was informed the lawyer would me...et with me after my case was reviewed. I waited weeks and finally spoke to her after i insisted. 2 of her staff advised me against her own advice to my case. I paid 6500 and over 4000 was spent and never went to court only requested continuance. I had to obtain a divorce coach who was able to enlighten me on what the lawyer needed to. She helped me find another lawyer who actually sat down with me and walked through my case and found mistakes that Ms. James and her staff made. Actually listened to me, came up with strategic planning for my trial. And is only a quarter of the cost! After much prayer and speaking to other legal counsel my case is finally on track.
