If you want some who knows the law and the parties,  you want me.  I 've worked in the workers compensation field for over 30 years, starting in a claims office and then as a lawyer since 1990.  I represent carriers, self insured employers and goverment employers.  I handle subrogation cases to recover money paid out under workers compensation when someone else is at fault.   I represent employers on wrongfull termination and serious and willful misconduct cases.  I also represent un-insured employers on workers compnsation cases.
