I regret hiring attorney Tonya Thompson Divorce Lawyer from La Verne OMG — before payment, we discussed the approach and how we’d handle my case, but after I paid the $5,000 retainer she became LIKE A stranger not fallowing with are plan. I was billed for unproductive meetings, irrelevant paperwork,... and even cigarette breaks, charged me for 10 hrs. $1,500, which I fully intend to pursue recovering. It was beyond clear what we were gonna do, but after I paid her the money. Within just like a day or so she said she invested 10 hours in my case, only to find out if she was charging me to sign the retainer drinking coffee at Starbucks and never follow through with information in regards to specifically info I needed help on. She like went AWOL and was charging me for Just documents that weren’t really relevant. I refuse to sign the substitution of attorney after her instructing me how she wanted me to fill out the paperwork.
