I hired Richard back in March when the man who raped me decided to put a restraining order on me for speaking up on social media about him sexually assaulting me. My Coberly did nothing to protect myself and another woman in court against an abusive ex. Instead he disregarded the evidence we gave him and relied on his own uneducated argument to defend 2 abused women. He lost the case because of his own stubbornness and to this day myself and the other woman ar...e relentlessly harassed by the abuser and his friends.

My Coberley was my attorney last year when I was seeking someone to represent me during a domestic abuse case. When I met him he said he would beat the price of the 4000.00 complete fee another attorney had quoted me, and would only quote me 3500.00. The 4000.00 was the complete package, not a retai...ner. When we went to court Mr Coberly was completely unprepared, had papers falling out of his briefcase, no organization whatsoever. I even had to organize the paperwork for him. During my hearing. Mr Coberly presented nothing I asked him to present while I was pleading my case. He would not listen to me and controlled the entire court hearing. Hardly anything I originally came to court to fight for was presented. I had already paid him the agreed upon 3500.00 we agreed upon. For the last 9 months I have been harassed repeatedly with an invoice for 9000.00 with veiled threats from Mr. Coberly saying he is going to charge me daily. I have been completely robbed by Mr. Coberly and I would like to make sure people take caution when approaching him to hire.
