The attorney represented me for a car accident. The attorney took care of everything and I was not even required to give a written or recorded statement. I hired Tim for a personal injury case due to a traffic collision in the winter of 2007. The police report listed me partially at fault for running my motorcycle into the back of a pick-up truck whose driver was looking down at a map and caused a three car pile up. To make matters worse his brake li...ghts were not working, and the illegal load in the back of his pick-up truck was not properly marked or illuminated during the hours of darkness. I was air lifted to County USC hospital were I was on life support for eight days, in the hospital for 6 weeks, and off of work for almost a year. I have had five surgeries (2 were life saving, 3 were orthopedic). I had to learn to walk, write, shave, and eat all over again due to a broken femur & knee, and a shattered arm (my dominant arm). The insurance company of the pick-up driver refused to pay stating that the police report listed me partially at fault. Tim was able to retrieve the maximum amount of money that the other driver's insurance would allow and make up the difference out of my under insured motorist policy. he completed this in under 4 months. I would highly recommend his for his attention to detail and professionalism.
