I hired Tim for a personal injury case due to a traffic collision in the winter of 2007. The police report listed me partially at fault for running my motorcycle into the back of a pick-up truck whose driver was looking down at a map and caused a three car pile up. To make matters worse his brake li...ghts were not working, and the illegal load in the back of his pick-up truck was not properly marked or illuminated during the hours of darkness. I was air lifted to County USC hospital were I was on life support for eight days, in the hospital for 6 weeks, and off of work for almost a year. I have had five surgeries (2 were life saving, 3 were orthopedic). I had to learn to walk, write, shave, and eat all over again due to a broken femur & knee, and a shattered arm (my dominant arm). The insurance company of the pick-up driver refused to pay stating that the police report listed me partially at fault.
