Kwan, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Central District of California, Santa Ana. Mr. Leisinger is licensed to practice in the State of California and is federally admitted to practice in Northern District of California, Eastern District of California, Central District of California, Southern District of California, as well as the District Court of Colorado.
