Marcia Guzman

I am very passionate about the work that our firm does - GUZMÁN & TOKAR LLP. We believe in helping people and I personally feel called by God to do this work. I have an extensive [professional background having worked in government in various capacities - from a field organizer to policy advisor. I also worked for SEIU 1000 as a political organizer. Further, I have a activism background and was heavily involved in women and minority rights throughout college. I believe in service. Most recently I served on my local neighborhood counsel.  I have a Masters from USC and received by Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School. I paid my own way through college and believe in the American dream. We carefully select those we work with to ensure that they are in alignment with our belief that all people should have access to legal representation regardless of how much the person made or their position. We believe that employees should be protected and heard. We are a faith based organization, putting our trust in God while doing the footwork through the courts. We represent employees from various backgrounds and beliefs with the ultimate goal of helping improve your life.
