I have had a difficult time with the management company of my condominium complex. Sometimes my statements don't reflect payments made. Sometimes I don't get my statements, and they are not always pleasant when I request that I get a copy emailed. The latest conflict started off with their taping ...a demand notice on the 30 that I complete a task my the 24th. The management company had told me that they were going to replace that door 4 years before when the repairs to the unit above me were being completed. I had not contacted the management company as they are extremely difficult to deal with and not always competent as evidenced b the fact that they demanded that a task be completed 6 days before the notice was dated. Wanting peace in my retirement and the threatening tone of their communication, I decided to hire a lawyer to communicate with them. Ms. Guzman and her team have been wonderful. I was willing to have the door painted rather than replaced. Instead of my following up, Lidia in Ms. Guzman's office was relentless in following up, and after 5 months the door is now painted.
