I consulted with this person a while back. First off he apparently assumed that I was lying and questioned everything I said and every bit of my paperwork too. I don't believe it had anything to do with me personally-I think he would treat anyone that walked through the door the same way. When I a...sked if I could get the court fees waived based on my income or lack thereof-he stated something to the effect "yeah maybe if you're living under a bridge." I came to the conclusion he was not the attorney for me. I eventually decided to use a paralegal who charged a considerably less for his services. I was able to complete and file the paperwork to get all my court fees waived myself.
