I met Jocelyn in 2014 when she came to my dealership to purchase a new vehicle. She was really friendly and professional ,and when she told me she was a lawyer i asked For her business card because you never know when you might need one. Fortunately but unfortunately 6 years later, the time came fo...r me to use her card and give her a call . When i called Her i was Shocked because she remembered who i was! She Remembered all the conversations we had about family and everything, it felt like i was Hiring a friend, someone who actually cared instead of a random person who would treat me like I’m just the next case that needed to be handled.. During my whole case she kept me informed every step of the way, even set up all my doctors appointments so all i had To do was show up! After my case was settled i couldn’t believe the results. I unfortunately got into a car accident that has put me in a lot of pain that I’m still trying to work through. I was so stressed and to be honest with you so lost on who I should be talking to and I was even doubting on getting a lawyer. This is my 3rd time utilizing Jocelyn’s services. Long story short, I was injured in my previous job and the insurance company wanted to settle. What they offered wasn’t close to being fair and sufficient. I let Jocelyn take it from there. She communicated with me every time there was progress. In a ...very short amount of time, she doubled what the insurance company offered without having to do any follow up exams. I hope I have 9 lives so she can save me 6 more times! 3rd time, she is still a charm!
