Never again.

Want good representation Do Not Come here. No type of good communication with you , nor with workers comp , it’s like they work for comp and not you. Trust go else where.

I'm sorry that you felt that there was no good communication with you. We take pride in always calling a client back and keeping them updated with their case. Despite the fact that this is an anonymous review, I am fairly confident I know who this is, which makes me even more disappointed as I truly tried to get you results. While I responded to each and everyone of your calls and/or texts, I will agree with you that you perhaps did not like the communication I was giving to you and that you were frustrated. I don’t blame you for that, but know that I share the same frustration with the workers' comp system. We are often at the mercy of the defense/adjuster, even as attorneys we too often don't get an immediate response despite numerous phone calls/emails etc. And when you do finally get a response, it isn't the one you were hoping for. I should have done a better job managing your expectations and explaining more of the procedure that comes along with workers’ comp. With that said, I apologize you did not have the experience you were hoping for. I wish you the best of luck and if I can be of assistance in any way please do not hesitate to contact me.

Best attorney!

By far the best attorney and experience with an attorney I've ever had. She's very attentive, knowledgeable, and very patient. She has stood by my case for about 2 years and a half now. She keeps you up to date with everything. With this attorney you can tell she loves what she does because she goes ...above and beyond for her clients. I honestly can't thank her enough for all her hard work and determination.

Excellent attorney

Attorney Jocelyn Sicat represented an employee in a family court case dispute. She exhibited great expertise in presenting the facts and legal precedents in front of the judge. She showed decorum and respect for both the court and the law. The case was settled without a trial to the benefit of her c...lient. She is a credit to her profession. I can recommend her without any mental reservations. I will use her services for my employees and my family!

Jocelyn is tenacious !!

Jocelyn worked miracles to get my daughter's cases consolidated, charges reduced to misdemeanors and only 2 days jail time. The best thing about Jocelyn is she is always available by phone, responds quickly and most times answers her cell phone immediately. Most attorneys won't answer or call you bac...k at all. Jocelyn is the best and we highly recommend her.

Jocelyn Sicat will SAVE THE DAY

I was injured in an auto accident and I honestly thought I'd lost everything, but then met Jocelyn, and now I have real hope for the future. My favorite thing about Jocelyn is that she clearly knows what she is talking about. She radiates confidence and that's probably because she is smart and good a...t what she does. Everything about the law is stressful, but a 5 minute conversation with Jocelyn will convince you that you are well taken care of. Other lawyers reviewed my case and were baffled, so by the time it got to Jocelyn, it was kind of a mess. She talked to me, got the details, then went right to work fixing everything. Calling her efficient barely does her justice. She focuses on what is really important, ignores everything that is truly irrelevant, and gets you what you need. There are a lot of nice things I can say about Jocelyn, all of them true, but the only thing that really matters to a client is whether-or-not an a lawyer can really help, and I can tell you from experience, that if anyone can help you, it is Jocelyn Sicat.
