Karen Rochelle Prather

Ms. Prather has many years of experience in the legal profession. Karen was an attorney with the California State Bar, the Public Defender of Riverside and the County Counsel Office for Orange County, CA. Ms. Prather has represented the Orange County Social Services as well as the Assessment Appeal...s Board and the Grand Jury among other County clients. Ms. Prather is ethical and conscientious. She also has been active with the Orange County Bar Association and the Mercy House. I worked with her at the Orange County Counsel as well as the Community Outreach for the Orange County Bar Association.
