I can't say enough good things about the staff at Law Office of John Setlich. I have been trying for over a year and a half to negotiate a modification to my mortgage with my lender. Several times we tried and each time we were denied even though we were told we qualified. I didn't know at the time l...enders will do nearly anything to foreclose rather than modify loans. Dealing with lenders is like turning in a test at school and they never tell you what you missed. With the help of the Law Office Lawsuit we were able to turn the tables around to show how serious we are in keeping our home. Providing the courts document proving we qualified and showing how the banks really had to work with. It was incredible the way things changed after that. It was no longer whether we qualified or not but rather which of the programs we qualified for. We have started a trial plan soon which will lead to a permanent modification at nearly $900 per mo less than our previous payment.
