I can't say enough good things about the staff at Law Office of John Setlich. I have been trying for over a year and a half to negotiate a modification to my mortgage with my lender. Providing the courts document proving we qualified and showing how the banks really had to work with. It was incredible the way things changed after that. It was no longer whether we qualified or not but rather which of the programs we qualified for. We have started a trial plan soon which will lead to a permanent modification at nearly $900 per mo less than our previous payment.
