Effective
I had a very difficult eviction case and was referred to Mr. Block from my real estate broker. He was very patient with me and took the time to explain all the issues. He won the case and the tenant was evicted. I was very impressed.

Dennis Block & Associates are the best for representing landlords.
I have used this firm for years. They always take care of my tenant problems. I have yet to lose a case and their fees are very reasonable. They only persons who should avoid this firm is the tenants that they evict. I like dealing with this firm.

Find a different attorney - one who knows how to treat clients
They did a decent job on my eviction, but the staff lacks professionalism and never returns calls. You need to stay on hold if you want to speak to anyone, and then hope for the best. Don't dare complain to Dennis Block, because he's the worst of them all. There are too many decent lawyers out the...
