I hired Daniel Paletz office for my divorce case and was end with Lauren being assigned to my case by Daniel. Let me start with saying that she is just not good in all aspects of Family laws. In my case, the worst part was that she fought 'against' all my interests and helped made decisions in favor ...of my ex-wife. To an extent, she talked with opposing counsel and without my consent, gave many concessions to the opposing counsel, including agreeing to higher child support and spousal support. She allowed them to use 2/3 of my ex-wife income to get her higher support amounts. Similar to this she made some other bad agreements that badly affected my case. To me the damage to my case was such that I filed complaint against her with ‘The State Bar of California’ for disciplinary action against her. To me she broke the code of conduct. My recommendation to all is just stay away. She will fail you, no matter what! And yes I fired her within couple of months of engaging.
