Mr. Velasco received his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles and a BA from Loyola Marymount University. He is a member in good standing of the State Bar of California, and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Central District of California.
Jorge Velasco began practicing Family Law with William Kermisch in 2005 as a law clerk and began working as an attorney for the firm after passing the bar exam in 2008. Mr. Velasco worked with Neighborhood Legal Services of Los Angeles providing pro-bono Family law services to the local community during law school. Mr. Velasco is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and State Bar of California Family Law Section.
Mr. Velasco resides in the San Fernando Valley with his wife and daughter. He is an avid sports fan, and enjoys following the Lakers and Dodgers.
