I received a warrant for a handicap parking ticket in which the officer gave me the wrong court date so I missed the appearance.

Better to be ready, but make sure they drop the failure to appear. The court SHOULD be willing since it wasn't your fault.

If it is less than six months since you we're sentenced, you MAY be allowed to withdraw your plea. Talk to an attorney.
