True DIVERSION means no conviction. So no record or immigration consequences. Deferred Entry of Judgment (usually for drug cases) is not true...

It's private property. You're trespassing. You have no constitutionally protected right to trespass on private property.

Misdemeanor dropped to detention only

No court. But if no fingerprints, mugshot, doesn't sound like even a formal detention.
If it shows up at all, it will be as a detention only.

He isn't supposed to go near schools or parks. That alone may be a violation. If he's a landlord, he probably has certain rights but I would pursue...

I wouldn't count on more than 'in the interest of justice' but go to the clerk's office at the court and ask for it.
