Jean Domanski is one of the few EB-2 NIW attorneys in the USA who is also a member of MENSA and has an M.A. in Communication. in addition to her J.D., Ms. Domanski has a Master of Arts in Communication from Pepperdine University, where she was also a Graduate Teaching Assistant. Like many of her clients, she had to write and defend a thesis. Ms. Domanski currently lives in Los Angeles but is originally from Philadelphia.

Replied last June 10, 2024I am sorry that you were disappointed in the outcome of your case. I was as well. As you are aware from my emails to you from the very beginning, I do not make "any sort of promise that your case will be approved. " I did what is required of all attorneys, to vigorously advocate on behalf of my client. Unfortunately, with USCIS the outcome can sometimes depend on the officer that is assigned to your case. I stand by my statement that your case was approvable. No attorney has a 100% approval rate.
