Victor Clark Cohen

I will be forever grateful to Victor. I was a very young woman when we met with a lot to learn and growing up to do. He stuck by me for 15 years until I was ready to tackle my record expungement and honored our agreement that was made so many years ago. This is a lawyer who put his financial interest over his client's interest, maximized his earnings per his own agenda which was totally against his client's wish. He quit representing at the end of my lawsuit due to an unreasonable fee dispute arose his last couple weeks as my attorney, left myself ...to act as my own lawyer to sign and prepare documents for court myself. He was totally unprepared for the very important mediation meeting disregard his client's request to settle the lawsuit. During the mediation meeting he even appraised the opposing client which added burden of threat of his own client. Victor disclosed all my personal information to a third party (he was referred by my old acquaintance). Finally him threatened to file small claims to get the unreasonable fees (him mentioned he was always successful to get the money) . Run away from this attorney. The California public should be confident that when they need help with a legal issue, the attorney in whom they place their trust is competent and ethical. Period!

Mr. Cohen, came was suggested by a psychologist who was dealing with our minor sons court ordered treatment. We as a family had lost trust in not only lawyers, but in the system as we watched our son get railroaded by a faulty juvenile system, and a previous attorney who did nothing but go against o...ur wishes. Mr. Cohen listened with compassion, and then set out immediately and not only got to work, but went to great lengths with evidemce, law, expert testimony and then fought for my sons innocence as if were his own. But not only in the court, but out of the court. His knowledge of law, his dedication of purpose, his ownership of our cause, makes him a person of excellence. And in the court system, that is riddled with mediocre effort supplimented by educated ego, that allows for such poor outcomes, Mr. Cohen performed excellence and won our battle because of excellence.
