Davida Michelle Frieman

I am the founder and principal attorney of Frieman Law Firm, APC, where I represent individuals and families in personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, and civil rights matters throughout California.

With more than two decades of litigation experience in state and federal courts, I bring a perspective shaped by having represented clients on both sides of the courtroom. Earlier in my career, I defended public entities in complex civil rights and personal injury litigation. Today, I use that experience to anticipate defense strategies, evaluate cases from multiple perspectives, and advocate effectively for individuals who have suffered injury, loss, or injustice.

My approach to practicing law combines meticulous preparation, strategic thinking, and personalized attention. I believe that effective representation begins with understanding not only the legal issues involved, but also the people whose lives have been affected. Every client has a story, and I take seriously the responsibility of telling that story with clarity, credibility, and conviction.

I have extensive litigation experience, including jury trials, and have represented clients in matters involving serious injuries, automobile accidents, dangerous property conditions, and civil rights violations. In 2025, I further developed my trial advocacy skills through the Gerry Spence Method at Thunder Ranch, an intensive trial training program focused on effective courtroom advocacy.

I founded Frieman Law Firm because I believe clients deserve experienced legal representation without sacrificing personal attention. My practice is intentionally focused on providing thoughtful, individualized guidance while preparing each case with the diligence and determination necessary to pursue a successful resolution, whether through negotiation or trial.

I am admitted to practice before all four United States District Courts in California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.

My philosophy is simple: Every client deserves to be heard, every case deserves careful preparation, and every person deserves an attorney who takes their fight seriously.
