Biography
I'm an immigration attorney in Burbank, and about three-quarters of my practice is marriage-based immigration. I've helped hundreds of couples. I immigrated to the United States from Armenia when I was three years old, so I know what this process means to a family.
I'm the only attorney at the Law Offices of Susanna Litwack. A paralegal helps me prepare forms, but I personally review every case before it's filed, handle almost all client communication myself, and attend USCIS interviews with my clients in Los Angeles and Chatsworth. Interview attendance is included in most packages.
I handle green cards for spouses of U.S. citizens and green card holders, in the U.S. or abroad; K-1 fiancé(e) visas; removing conditions (I-751); citizenship, including the three-year rule for spouses of U.S. citizens; green cards for parents and children of U.S. citizens; VAWA; green card renewals; and case reviews. I frequently represent LGBTQ+ couples.
Every case starts with a paid, in-depth consultation by video, phone or in person, in English or Armenian. I'll tell you whether your case looks strong or more challenging, and whether I believe I can represent you and get a positive outcome. The consultation fee is credited toward your flat fee if you hire me.
