Hired Stephen to do a simple premarital agreement. As soon as I paid my retainer everything went downhill. He or his assistant produced a document that in my opinion was written by college student. When my wives attorney looked at it he asked if it was written by me or my attorney. Horrible customer ...service trying to rectify simple wording. Missed all the deadlines we had I almost had to postpone my wedding because he could not complete a simple premarital agreement. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!!!

Stephen Gershman is a lawyer that you wouldn't expect to perform and get everything done because he seems extremely busy. He is busy for a reason. He is an aggressive lawyer which you only see during depositions and hearings. HIs experience is what you pay for along with his team of friendly staff.... Mei is a doll and adds a touch to the SAG team that is comforting. Leslie is behind the scenes and does 5 star work on your case when you don't know what is really happening with your case. Altogether they put it all together to get me justice for my children. The result is a present father who is now going to continue to be a positive influence on the development of my children. So Stephen Gershman was extremely aggressive in my case which involved a Temporary Restraining Order with some very serious allegations and an attempt to permanently restrain me from my 3 young children I raised as a stay at home father and businessman. I was terrified and in utter distress at the thought of losing my kids. My recommendation is to always seek out at least 3 experienced Family Law attorneys and do your due diligence before signing any retainer agreement. Stephen Gershman should definitely be one of them making a decision to retain counsel for any family matter. He is on your side and will get your back as he has proven it to me today.
